Cancellation:

  • Clients can cancel their service within 7 days of purchase.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team at cvmastershelp@outlook.com.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds:

  • Full refunds will be processed if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued as credit toward future services .

Service Delivery:

  • Once the service is delivered or the work has commenced, refunds may be subject to review, and only partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of completion.

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

1. Service Delivery Format

All  services are delivered digitally via video conferencing, phone calls, email, or secure client portals or in person at customer location. No physical products are shipped.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Upon purchase, clients will receive a confirmation email with booking details and instructions within 24 hours.

  • Appointments are scheduled based on client availability and consultant calendar. Clients may select preferred time slots during checkout or via follow-up communication.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard consultations are fulfilled within the timeframe of the consultants Callander availability.

  • Urgent or expedited sessions may be available upon request for an additional fee.

4. Access to Materials

  • Any supplementary materials (e.g., reports, action plans, recordings) will be delivered via email or secure download link within 48 hours after the session.

5. Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee.
